On December 9, 2010, Marc, a good friend of Matt's and owner of a well established store in downtown Burlington, Vermont, joined us for a ghost hunt of his auxiliary holiday store on Church Street. His employees insist there's something eerie about the basement, and some prefer to walk the two blocks back to the main store in the frigid cold to use the bathroom, rather than use the one in this basement.

Matt asked if someone from the former hardware business still lives there...and a very faint yes is heard. No need to tell you by now - USE headphones.
